FlowCalc Calculation capabilities allow you to make preliminary calculations, production calculations and actual costing calculations.
 
FlowCalc Quotations
FlowCalc Quotations allow you to easily put together complex quotations and send them to your clients. In addition, requests for quotations from suppliers can be connected to purchasing processes.
 
FlowCalc Orders
FlowCalc Orders automate processes related to order confirmations, order forms, and technical specifications. This allows you to quickly process an order. A client's orders can be entered into a re-ordering catalog in FlowOnline. The client can then use this catalog for stock orders and repeat orders.
 
FlowCalc Planning
FlowCalc Planning allows you to plan the scheduling of orders as part of your order administration. This allows you to review which days are over-scheduled and which days have time available. You can immediately view the results of your planning changes.
 
FlowCalc Purchasing
FlowCalc Purchasing allows you to request a quotation from one or more suppliers, compare supplier quotations, and finally place a purchase order with the selected supplier.
 
FlowCalc Stock
With FlowCalc Stock, you can store paper stock in internal or external warehouses. The same holds for finished or semi-finished products. Stock orders can be connected with purchasing, production, and logistics.
 
FlowCalc Production
FlowCalc Production maintains the current status of each order. This is maintained with the order form. The beginning and completion of activities can be managed through a computer as well as with a barcode machine. The latter is very useful for production personnel.
 
FlowCalc Logistics
FlowCalc Logistics prints shipping slips, box stickers, and pallet stickers for each order. This feature is integrated with stock order maintenance.
 
FlowCalc Reporting
FlowCalc Reporting gives you the opportunity to make reports on planning, sales by client, performance by machine employee, disturbances, and of course profit. These reports provide a valuable resource for analyzing your company processes.
